Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Some items are sourced from overseas (including Spain, Argentina and other countries).

We will assist by initiating an investigation with Australia Post.
Investigation timeframes may vary depending on the carrier.
Where appropriate, we will provide a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
